Special Belts such as chevron cleats, side wall cleats, full width cleats, and rough top are manufactured to handle bulky material/packed bags at high inclination. Range compromises of 50mm to 2500rmn widths, 2 to l2ply, in all cotton/nylon/E.P.carcass and cover grades viz M,N, HR, SHR, UHR,. HACR, Hygenic, in open end lengths or endless to requisite size. Hot Vulcanising (Belt Endlessing) is our speciality. ,

Rough Top belts have excellent application on inclined conveyors for handling Packaged material. The Rough Profilee is  anti skid and Prevents slip back that would othenivise occur on  conventional Plain belts. Depending on the type of Packages A P handled, maximum angle of inclination even up to 35° can be r achieved.


These belts have special application in handling loose bulk  1 I materials where there is a Problem of material slip back on I regular at belts. Depending on the type of application, We have various Profiles on offer. The cleat heights vary  Profiles on offer. The cleat heights vary between 12mm to 1 . 25mm. Maximum angle of inclination of 38° can be achieved with the correct Profile selection. These belts have excellent application in the Construction industry.

These belts can used for transporting material at up 90°.It  Permits a Smooth loading and discharge, unlike other Ti alternate systems of conveying, The side walls and cleats  are vulcanized on the belt surface.

The Wave Top Design Provides excellent grip and is  used for conveying bagged material on telescopic wagon /truck loading systems. These belts can be provided with  specialist Kessler Joints that can even bend on 50mm  Pulleys.
